Lynette Burbage Growing up in Buffalo, NY and hating the cold, a school farther south was an obvious choice for Lynette. She graduated from Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore Maryland with a degree in Graphic Design. After working for several years in Baltimore it was apparent there was still one more move south yet to go. Upon arriving in South Carolina she felt this was where she belonged. She has always felt that the grand old cities of the south possess architecture of timeless elegance. The southern landscapes are infused with sunlight and a feeling of contentment. This is the essence of the south that Lynette enjoys and tries to impart in her paintings. Please feel free to view her work in person at the Village Craftsmen, or you may also use the links provided to wander through her web sites if you are not able to travel to Savannah. If you have any questions about her work you may contact her via the email addresses on her web sites. |
